Com 2 mãos de gulodice, junta-se o tofu ao azeite com alho e deixa-se alourar durante 10 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Assim que o prepardo apresentar uma cor alourada, adiciona-se os espinafres picados e mistura-se tudo. Temperar. e deixar apurar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Escorre-se a soja granulada àqual se junta a farinha e a manteiga aos pedaços. Tempera-se com as ervas e mistura-se tudo com as mãos deixando alguns grumos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Finalmente, forra-se uma assadeira com tomate às rodelas, e coloca-se a mistura de tofu com espinafres prensada, por cima. Um prato típico português é, por exemplo, um bacalhau à braz.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ora, andava eu nas minhas leituras cibernéticas sobre vegetarianismo quando dei de caras com um artigo (semelhante à opinião de muitos) que criticava negativamente (desancava mesmo) a adaptação de pratos típicos regionais ao vegetarianismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Pois eu fiz uma pesquisa a "cozinha típica vegetariana" e não consegui encontrar nada. Por sua vez, fiz outras pesquisas a "cozinha típica" francesa, portuguesa, grega, etc e apareceram-me várias receitas, muitas das quais deveras apetitosas e aliciantes!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;O vegetarianismo, é um opção de vida. Não é típico dum país. Não é só UM, é uma fusão, uma consciência, um desenvolvimento...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;É aconselhado por algumas religiões e filosofias de vida e há quem o faça por essas razões, ou por questões ecológicas, defesa do animal, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Porque não há um prato típico vegetariano, porque uma das belezas deste tipo de alimentação é a de podermos adaptar pratos típicos de todo o mundo à nossa cultura alimentar, tornando-a ainda mais rica e apelativa do que já é, discordo completamente com essas ideias que dizem: "se és vegetariano, não podes comer pratos ispirados na cultura do teu ou de outro país"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Acho preconceituoso e castrador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sou defensora do vegetarianismo, fã de inventar pratos e conceitos novos, mas também conheço a delícia dum bom alho francês à braz ou umas papas de "sarrabulho de lentilhas".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;O lugarzinho do Vegetariano no mundo, já está conquistado: somos aqueles que comemos saladas e alimentos insípidos (dizem os desconhecedores... ). Por isso, acho que o importante é mostrarmos que retiramos prazer das nossas refeições desmanchando essa ideia sem nexo. E se algumas das nossas comidas são uns hamburguers vegetarianos ou uns rojões vegan, qual é o mal ?! A trabalheira foi mais que muita, o desafio foi grande e a emoção e empenho aínda maiores. Uma experiência magnificia que me deu muita pica, gozo e satisfação. Aloura-se a cebola picada no azeite quente.&lt;br /&gt;Cortam-se os tomates aos cubos e adicionam-se ao preparado anterior, bem como a polpa de tomate. Ficam a amaciar em lume brando.&lt;br /&gt;Assim que os tomates estiverem macios, junta-se a couve flor, tempera-se a gosto e deixa-se apurar o preparado.&lt;br /&gt;Por fim, adicionam-se os iogurtes, o côco ralado e o grão de bico. Cozinha tudo durante 5 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Envolve-se então a cenoura ralada no preparado, tempera-se a gosto e deixa-se apurar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Por fim, adicionam-se as natas, rectificam-se os temperos e reserva-se este recheio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Entretanto, faz-se um golpe longitudinal num dos lados do alho francês, de modo a que se possam retirar folhas inteiras com todo o tamanho do vegetal. Dá-se um "entaladela" (colocar os vegetais em água a ferver durante 2 ou 3 minutos) nas folhas, que, com uma mão de imaginação são recheadas com o preparado reservado e polvilhadas com queijo ralado. Faz-me confusão reparar que os investimentos feitos na qualidade de vida da Natureza não ocorrem por RESPEITO, mas por interesses unicamente económicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Andamos completamente descentrados do que é importante na vida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Vivemos por e para o dinheiro... que quando morremos, deixamos cá ficar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E foi por essa falta de respeito que optei pelo vegetarianismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Não é pela morte dos animais ou porque não gosto de carne, ou porque me faça confusão comer cadáveres, que optei por este tipo de alimentação.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Impressiona-me ver a falta de qualidade de vida que todos esses animais têm. A este preparado, juntam-se as rodelas de cenoura cortadas fininhas e deixa-se saltear um pouco. Adiciona-se depois, o pimento cortado aos cubos, os rebentos de soja e o tomate picado miudinho (o tomate, serve para fazer um pouco de molho). Entretanto cortam-se as cenouras em tiras de pequenas dimensões.&lt;br /&gt;Aloura-se num fio de azeite a cebola picada e juntam-se os legumes triturados, a cenoura crua, o sal, as especiarias e incorpora-se tudo. Rega-se com um fio de azeite, o whisky, o shoyo, e as especiarias . Adiciona-se o requeijão desfeito e mexe-se de modo a que fique bem incorporado nos espinafres. Rega-se este preparado com um pouco de natas para que fique com uma consistência mais macia e cremosa. Têm a única missão de funcionarem como cola natural) e o pão ralado para dar uma ligeira consistência crocante.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Volta-se a misturar tudo muito bem com as mãos ternas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Finalmente faz-se um rolo com esta mistura.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Unta-se uma travessa de ir ao forno com um fio de azeite e polvilha-se com pão ralado. Como guia das propriedades terapeuticas e constituição química e nutricional de alguns alimentos que fazem parte da base da nossa alimentação, deve estar sempre à mão!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;É boa ideia consulta-lo antes de preparamos o almoço ou o jantar ;)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;A meu ver, estes dois livros de leitura fácil e bastante explicitos, completam-se. Junta-se o alho frances tb cortado às rodelas e deixa-se apurar. E confesso que me faz confusão ver vegetarianos a nao fazerem separação do lixo ou até irem tomar café à esquina de carro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;    &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;     É preciso mudar em muito a nossa forma de estar e relembrar que só cá estamos por causa da MÃE... Natureza ;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;    Por isso, dou-me à liberdade de deixar aqui umas dicas simples do dia a dia para A mimarmos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;2 garrafas de litro e meio cheias de agua no autoclismo fazem milagres;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;aproveitar a água fria que sai primeiro do chuveiro pra regar as plantitas la de casa;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;não esquecer de desligar mesmo o radio, tv ou computador qdo formos pra cama;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;usar aqueles sacos reutilizaveis que vemos à venda nos supermercados (custam 10 centimos e se se estragarem eles dao um novo gratis!) em vez dos tradicionais que mtas vezes nem temos sitio onde guardar;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;lixo pro chao....?! nem comento quem ainda faz isso... HA na grande maioria das vezes um contentor por perto. caso contrario, temos o bolso até ao proxiimo caixote&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;picas de cigarro e lixo na praia... a meu ver é um crime! nao custa nada deitar tudo fora no fim ;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;e quanto às necessidades dos nossos animais: o saco de plástico no bolso é indispensavel. Não é vergonha nenhuma (antes pelo contrário) e no que diz respeito ao nojo que muitos dizem ter, isso passa com o tempo!
